Adil, discharged from the hospital after a stab wound, prepares to return to his monotonous life. As usual, he is "poison," rude, abusive and tormenting his co-workers, friends, doctors and nurses who treated him. Adil, returning to a normal life under the supervision of his friend Shakir and Rena, a classmate who claims to be done with "street life," faces an incredible challenge. No sooner has he left the hospital yard than an unidentified pregnant woman gets into Shakir's car. She asks Shakir and Rena to help save her unborn daughter from her father and his family, who insist on an abortion. Despite Adil's efforts to prevent this, the situation leads to him becoming the girl's savior. Faced with various difficult circumstances, Adil sees no other way to save the woman than to flee to the village.   Against this background, Adil recalls his past, the way he taught in the village school. The true cause of his irritability, rudeness and anger is hidden in the past. Adil, the teacher, the favorite of his students, is a conscientious and honest man. After the death of his wife, he, along with his elderly mother, raises his daughter Shams. Her closest friend is Jamo, an unusually sensitive guy who lost his brother in a terrible car accident and is perceived by everyone as crazy. Shams' sudden illness puts Adil in a difficult position. He is forced to accept a bribe from the school principal in order to placate the head doctor of the district hospital. But because of the doctor's negligence and unprofessionalism he fails to save Shams's life. Adil, who has changed from past blows of fate, desperately fights for the life of the second Shams, an unborn child from another family. Against this backdrop, it becomes clear how sacrificial and honest Adil is, whom everyone considers a "poison". Now he is a rescuer, ready to sacrifice himself to protect the helpless, a brave teacher with a conscience-Adil.
